my approach
Each person carries a unique story, made up of relationships, experiences, wounds, and desires.
Psychotherapy is the space where this story can be welcomed, listened to, and rewritten with new words.
My approach is based on the systemic and socio-constructivist model, which considers the individual within the networks of meaning and relationships that surround him.
I believe that change comes from dialogue: from the opportunity to observe our experiences from new perspectives, to recognize our own patterns, and to build new ways of relating to ourselves and others together.
In this journey, therapy becomes a process of awareness and discovery, where one can learn to make sense of what happens, to reactivate one's resources and to find balance and authenticity.
It's not about "changing who we are," but about finding a freer and more vital way of being.
